1. No Refund Policy 

At Personapilot, we are committed to providing a high-quality social media management platform. However, all subscription fees for Personapilot are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee has been paid, it will not be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  • Cancellation of Subscription: Whether you cancel your subscription during a billing cycle or at any other time. 
  • Non-Use of Service: If you do not utilize the Personapilot platform during your subscription period. 
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason after the subscription period has commenced. 
  • Changes in Your Business Needs: If your business needs or circumstances change after you have subscribed. 

2. 30-Day Free Trial Period 

To ensure that Personapilot meets your needs and expectations, we offer a 30-day free trial for all new users. This free trial period allows you to fully explore the features and functionalities of the Personapilot platform without any initial payment obligation. 

We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of the 30-day free trial period before subscribing to a paid plan. This trial period is designed to give you ample time to: 

  • Evaluate Features: Test all the features of Personapilot relevant to your social media management needs. 
  • Assess Compatibility: Ensure Personapilot integrates smoothly with your social media accounts and workflows. 
  • Determine Suitability: Confirm that Personapilot is the right platform for your business goals and requirements. 
  • Train Your Team: Allow your team members to familiarize themselves with the platform and its functionalities. 

By offering a comprehensive 30-day free trial, we believe you have sufficient opportunity to make an informed decision about whether Personapilot is the right social media management solution for you before committing to a paid subscription. 

3. Subscription Cancellation 

While subscription fees are non-refundable, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. 

  • Cancellation Process: You can cancel your subscription through your account settings within the Personapilot platform. Specific instructions on how to cancel your subscription can be found in our Help Center or by contacting our support team. 
  • Service Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the paid features of Personapilot will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After the current billing cycle concludes, your account will revert to a free plan (if available) or be deactivated, depending on the terms of your plan. 
  • No Pro-rated Refunds: Please note that we do not provide pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period if you choose to cancel before the end of the billing cycle. 

4. Exceptional Circumstances (at Personapilot’s Discretion) 

While our general policy is “no refunds,” we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In extremely rare and verifiable cases, Personapilot may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund. Such exceptional circumstances are limited to: 

  • Platform Unavailability: If Personapilot is demonstrably unavailable for an extended period due to issues solely within our control and not due to scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events. 
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a clear and verifiable billing error caused by Personapilot. 

Any consideration of a refund in these exceptional circumstances is strictly on a case-by-case basis and subject to thorough review and approval by Personapilot. To request a review under exceptional circumstances, you must contact our support team within  7days of the issue arising and provide detailed documentation and evidence to support your claim. Personapilot’s decision regarding any such refund request will be final.

You further acknowledge that you have been offered and encouraged to utilize the 30-day free trial to evaluate the Service prior to making a purchase and that subscription fees are non-refundable as described herein.
